Rich has posted a new beta update to DayNotez for Pocket PC over on the forums.

This beta fixes compatibility issues with DayNotez running on Windows Mobile 6.1 devices that have SQL Server Compact 3.5 in ROM.

NOTE: As with the 1.3.3 beta, Pocket PC 2000 and 2002 devices will not be supported by this beta. Sorry this is a limitation of the NETCF v2.
